Sea Glass Villa is a newly built-in 2020, it is 4 Bedroom Ensuite, 5 Full Bath that Sleeps 12 in the beautiful Samaan Grove with a private pool and 24-hour access Security.
It is ideally centrally located. Everywhere is within 10 minutes drive - the airport, Scarborough, popular beaches like Store Bay, Pigeon Point, Mt. Irvine Bay, fast food outlets, local restaurants specializing in local foods, fine dining restaurants, and supermarkets.
On entering the Villa it opens to the Kitchen and Great Room which opens unto a the Porch and private Pool. There is a full outdoor bathroom for your convenience and a large Gas Grill for you cooking and entertaining.
Every modern convenience is provided in the villa - the Great Room is air-conditioned as well as the bedrooms, and there are ceiling fans in each room when natural comfort is desired. The feeling of luxury is reinforced by the spacious and beautifully finished bedrooms as well as the modern European-style bathrooms with walk-in shower stalls with rain shower heads and frameless glass panels. The high-end kitchen boasts granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances smooth top electric range, combination range hood/microwave, and a dishwasher. The kitchen island and eating bar with bar stools facilitate drinks, snacks, and casual meals while staying at the center of activities. Pantry items are not included. Of course, a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided for your laundry convenience. Wifi is included and Large Flat Screen tv in the Great Room.
